Dear Colleague,

The Maryland Cultural Data Project (Maryland CDP) is a powerful management tool for arts and cultural organizations.  This unique system, at no cost, has allowed arts managers and artistic leaders to understand and analyze their organization's progress through easy-to-run reports.  Not just a tool used to apply to funders, it provides access and tools to enhance and encourage financial and institutional knowledge. By participating in the Maryland CDP, you are part of a successful and growing project that will allow researchers and the arts community as a whole to better articulate and provide evidence for the sector's assets and needs. 

Now operating in eight states, we have learned much on how organizations of all shapes and sizes can best use the system.  During this session we will thoroughly discuss the different reporting tools that are available to your organization.  With a click of a mouse you can generate an instant annual report for a prospective donor, run a trend report to help identify strengths and needs, or compare yourself against others in aggregate.
